TerraPower Isotopes is hiring a Quality Systems Specialist to support actinium-225 production at its Everett manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Quality Systems Manager, the specialist develops and maintains systems aligned with GMP, FDA 21 CFR 210/211, ICH guidance and radiation safety.
The role supports electronic document management, learning management and training, quality-risk management and data-integrity policies. Responsibilities include authoring procedures, qualifying suppliers, participating in audits and closing findings, implementing quality systems and supporting equipment, facility and process validation. The specialist delivers quality training and maintains ALCOA+ and 21 CFR Part 11 data-integrity practices.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification through experience. Candidates need at least six years in regulated production, including at least three years in a Quality Systems role, demonstrated quality-systems experience and experience with FDA/cGMP 21 CFR 210/211 and ICH-compliant programs. Regulatory interpretation, complex-project management, cross-functional leadership, technical writing and executive reporting are expected.
Radiopharmaceutical production experience is preferred. Pharmaceutical-quality certification, Lean Six Sigma or project-management training or certification is a plus. Travel is 10–20%. Physical duties include prolonged sitting, stairs and lifting up to 25 pounds, with accommodations assessed individually. Export-control review applies, and hiring may depend on timely government authorization.
