Senior Scheduler

Role

The Nuclear Company is hiring a Senior Scheduler to support complex nuclear projects across engineering, licensing, manufacturing and construction. The role develops integrated schedules within the Project Management Office, supporting proposals, contract negotiations and visibility into progress and forecast outcomes.

Responsibilities: Build and maintain schedules in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or similar tools, integrating work logic, dependencies and resources. Gather inputs across disciplines and assess contractor and subcontractor schedules. Identify critical-path constraints and risks, develop recovery plans, and report milestones, performance and forecasts to stakeholders.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and at least five years in scheduling, project planning or project controls, preferably in energy, infrastructure or regulated industries. Candidates need scheduling-software proficiency, knowledge of project lifecycle and work breakdown structures, strong analytical and communication skills, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred experience: Nuclear, power-generation or highly regulated work; earned-value, risk and cost-schedule integration; PMP or PMI-SP certification; and startup/high-growth experience.

Eligibility: For export-control compliance, applicants must be U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
