Reactor vessel installed summer 2026 (EDF operator, corroborated by PluggedIn newsletter) — resolves Jan-2026 'installation not yet confirmed'. Unit 2 ~12 months behind unit 1 (startup 2030, ~GBP35bn). ONR extended BYLOR improvement notices to Sep 14 2026 after a Jun formwork fall seriously injured a worker (INSite citing ONR) — regulatory watch item, not a construction milestone.
