Notes

Phase I: two Hualong One units (1,208 MWe gross each) plus a 660 MWe high-temperature gas-cooled reactor; State Council approval August 2024. First concrete 2026-01-16 per CNNC and Wikipedia. Aug-2026 tower crane + Sep-2026 unit-3 installation-bid progress (CINIE/Seetao, single origin each) noted. Wikipedia lists operation start 2030 for unit 1 while the WNA table implies ~2031; tracker keeps 2031 (WNA/PRIS-consistent) pending an operator COD statement.
