Notes

NRC News Release 26-064 (June 12, 2026): 'The NRC has completed its second nuclear power plant license renewal in under 12 months ... under Executive Order 14300, which established the 12-month target for license renewal reviews.' 'Under 12 months' is from docketing (Jun 13, 2025 -> Jun 11, 2026); from submittal it is ~12.9 months. First SLR in the set whose environmental review was an EA/FONSI rather than an EIS supplement. No FR notice establishing a Licensing Board was found for this application in an FR API search. NRC decision target: originally 2026-06, latest 2026-06. Schedule: Earliest archived page (captured 2025-07-11, last updated June 25, 2025 — after EO 14300) already showed decision 06/2026, i.e. 12 months from docketing. No pre-EO schedule found.
