Notes

SLR status page lists 'Application Received 01/09/2024'; the FR notices and the plant page say January 19, 2024. Used 2024-01-19 (status-page value looks like a typo). Decided after the EO-driven acceleration era began but missed its accelerated Oct 15, 2025 target by ~2 months; fetched sources give no reason. No FR notice establishing a Licensing Board was found for this application in an FR API search. NRC decision target: originally 2026-01, latest 2025-10-15. Schedule: Archived page (last updated March 25, 2024; also Feb and June 2025) shows decision target January 2026; Revised Schedule Letters dated February 6, 2025 and August 7, 2025; current page shows target October 15, 2025; actual December 11, 2025 (later than the accelerated target, earlier than the original). The August 7, 2025 letter itself (ML25203A010) returned HTTP 403 and was not read.
