Notes

Power-producing liquid-metal-cooled fast reactor authorized by DOE under the Reactor Pilot Program rather than licensed by the NRC; Oklo says it will keep pursuing NRC licensing for later commercial operation. Construction start is the September 2025 groundbreaking; Oklo's Q2 2026 10-Q describes site preparation at INL as continuing. Capacity is the 75 MWe maximum power level WNN attributes to the NRC's description of the Aurora design, not a confirmed net rating. The COD estimate is Oklo's target of deploying its first powerhouse in 2028 (10-Q). DOE authorization steps after the PDSA were not confirmed complete at verification.
