First concrete 2024-01-23 per PRIS. WNN (2026-07-09) confirms accelerated site pace; unit 2 RPV installed 2026-07-09 and unit 4 RPV manufacturing started ahead of that ceremony. COD 2030 consistent with WNA table; Rosatom cites grid connections from 2028 for the plant.
