Very long review with a mid-stream change of NEPA path: NRC deferred the review in Feb. 2013 pending a revised application; a final EA/FONSI (June 2018) was withdrawn in Oct. 2019 and a new draft EA issued; NRC then decided an EIS was needed (scoping notice July 2020), draft EIS July 30, 2021, final EIS NUREG-2248 July 29, 2022.
