Notes

SLR status page lists 'Application Received 01/31/18'; the FR notice, plant page and NRC News Release 19-062 all say January 30, 2018 (supplements through March 1 / April 10, 2018). Used 2018-01-30. Contested: hearing requests filed in 2018; at issuance FR notice said 'All contested issues were subsequently decided by an NRC Atomic Safety and Licensing Board ... appeals from the Board's decisions are pending before the Commission.' Measure the original review as 2018-01-30 -> 2019-12-04. The 2022 reversion (CLI-22-02/03) and 2024 restoration are a second, environmental-only review: ER Supplement 2 received 2022-06-09 -> record of decision 2024-09-04. 24-072 press release was read from a third-party mirror (tmia.com) because the nrc.gov copy is not served (HTML page body empty, PDF path 403/404). NRC decision target: originally 2019-10, latest 2019-11. Schedule: NRC page lists an Original Schedule Letter (April 26, 2018), Revised Schedule Letter (January 30, 2019), Revised/Corrected Schedule letter (May 9, 2019) and Updated Budget Estimate and Revised Environmental Review Schedule (August 15, 2019). Post-2022 environmental re-review target for the record of decision was 'TBD'. Effective final decision 2024-09-04: Record of decision after the post-CLI-22-02 site-specific EIS (NRC page actual date); NRC News Release 24-072 (Sept. 17, 2024) announced the restored expiration dates. The fetched sources do not separately date the license action that restored the dates.
