Rosatom's second-largest enrichment plant, in Siberia's Krasnoyarsk region, with a nominal capacity of about 8.7 million SWU a year per WISE and NTI. It was the first Russian plant to finish re-equipping with generation 9+ centrifuges, a programme begun in 2018-2019 and completed in 2025.

Notes
Capacity 8,700 tSWU/yr per WISE and NTI (NTI dates it to 2011, with a plan to reach 12,000 by 2020 that is unconfirmed). WNA (Sept 2026, from Nuclear Fuel Report 2025) gives Rosatom's combined capacity across all four sites as 29,133 tSWU/yr in 2025 (about 43% of world capacity), so WISE's dated per-plant figures understate the current total. Rosatom does not publish per-site capacity. Start year of re-equipment differs: Rosatom says projects began in 2018; IPFM says installation began in 2019. Region set to 'asia' (Siberia).
